  the Red Tees, four holes they play from the Gold Tees, four holes they pla
 y from the White Tees, and four holes they play from the Blue Tees.&nbsp;Th
 e two outstanding holes can be played from whichever tee box the team decid
 es.<br /><br />Cost: Tournament entry is $15 per player. Green fees are $6 
 less than regular daily fees. Cart fees are $18.75 + tax per player.</p><p>
 Prizes are awarded by flight with skins awarded for the entire event.</p><p
 ><strong>Sign-up will be available one month prior to the event start date,
